How to schedule a MyChart appointment through the website & app: 

* If your child already has a Well Visit scheduled, it will not show appointments available to book. Please call the office if you are looking to reschedule your child’s Well Visit. 

 

  1. Open MyChart (through the PPOC).
  2. Select which child you want to book an appointment for.
  3. On their main page select Schedule An Appointment.
  4. Select which type of appointment you want to book (Sick, Well Visit, Routine Care/Follow Up). *If you select Request An Appointment, you will be directed to send a message to request an appointment, not book one.  
  5. Select in person or virtual (Well Visit will not give option of a virtual visit).
  6. Select yes or no for concern of difficulty breathing, etc. (Well Visit will not have this question).
  7. Select location.
  8. Select an appointment from the list generated. You can also select Filters to pick a certain day, time and/or provider to schedule with. 
  9. Verify your child’s personal information; if all set, click This Information Is Correct.  If not, click Edit to make changes, click Save, and then click This Information Is Correct.
  10. Verify insurance. If all set, click This Information Is Correct. If not, click Update Coverage, Add Insurance Information, and click Submit. Then click This Information Is Correct.
  11. Verify the appointment you picked and add a comment about why you are scheduling this appointment. Click Schedule It.
