If you have new insurance, or any changes with your insurance, please call the office with that information prior to coming in for any appointments or for the Walk-In.

If we are aware of new insurance, or any changes ahead of time, it allows our office to update the insurance information and confirm that everything is all set for your child(ren). It also allows us to catch any issues that there might be with the insurance that would need to be fixed prior to any appointments.

We also ask that you bring in the insurance card the next time you come into the office so that we can put a copy of it in the system.

If we are given the new insurance at the time of your appointment and there are issues with it, we may have to reschedule your child's appointment until after the issue is resolved.

You can call the office, and select 0, or email us, the new insurance information. If you email the information, it is important for us to get a picture of the front and back of the card. It can also uploaded into MyChart.

Any questions, please call the office!
