Dear Parent,
Please find below a link to register your child(ren) for our online PATIENT PORTAL.

PATIENT PORTAL

We ask that all new and existing patients register for our Portal. All normal test results will be sent to you via the portal which is a very vital & time-saving communication tool for us.  Our nursing staff will reach out to you by phone with urgent results only. There are many benefits to the portal including communicating with our office when it is convenient for you. Once registered you may:

• Send a secure message asking a non-urgent question of your doctor or nurse practitioner and receive a response directly from them.
  
  
• Ask a question/get advice from our registered nurses.
  
  
• Access and print your child(ren)’s  health data including physical reports, vaccine history,  and medication lists and prescription lists etc.
  
  
• Request prescription refills
  
  
• Receive and review  lab and x-ray results securely directly through the portal
  
  
• Request non-urgent patient appointments
  
  
• Ask a billing question
  
  
• Request a referral
  
  
• Access the portal via any device (i.e. your phone, ipad, or computer)

Please click on the link and follow the instructions.  Once you have created a user ID and password, you will be able to link and have access to all of your children. Once you’re signed up, send us a message via the portal letting us know you’ve successfully registered.
